The Aspers Newcastle Casino hosts the fifth leg of the PokerStars UK and Ireland Poker Tour (UKIPT) from Friday June 16 until Monday June 20, in what is certain to be one of the most atmospheric stops on the UKIPT.

Newcastle has a very active poker scene, and many of the locals will be attempting to keep the coveted title of UKIPT Champion on the Tyne as the tour visits the Newcastle for the first time.

Aspers Casino is located just off of Newcastle Upon Tyne city centre, with easy access from the A1 (secure parking for 250 cars) and nearby Prestwick Airport. The venue has recently been refurbished throughout and offers a full range of casino games (including some you may not have played before) and has doubled the size of the poker room to cope with the anticipated 400 players who will contest the UKIPT Newcastle Main Event.
