Sky Poker Tour Blackpool

The new 2010 / 2011 Sky Poker Tour gets underway in Blackpool on the 30th of October and the venue is the G Casino. the details released so far are a bit vague but we can confirm it’s a £12,500 Gtd prize pool and a £110 Entry with No Direct Buy-In that means you have to qualify online.

We can think of quite a few reasons to play this event plus the other’s in the Sky Poker Tour, the main one being the quality of players on the site is pretty poor as most are just TV fans who have tuned in one night to Sky Poker and had a game.

Another reason is that as everyone has to qualify online most players won’t have much live game experience so should give anyone who is used to the live events especially the bigger ones such as the GUKPT a huge advantage.
